The Graduate Trainee II (Instructional Content Designer) position is available in Sandton, South Africa, with a fixed term contract for 24 months. The role focuses on driving fit for purpose learning and in-time learning through online learning content creation, with a specific emphasis on animation. The key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to standards, governance, and guidelines, tracking cost savings, and reporting on external spend.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to the standards, governance and guidelines through the quality assurance of all content development projects
• Track and report on cost savings through internal content development and track and report on external spend for content development on a weekly basis
• For internal content development projects follow the Instructional Design guidelines (ie the ADDIE Model) and involve internal stakeholders in the key milestones of the project
• For internal content development projects assigned to the superuser/instructional designer and instructional designer
• Ensure adherence to content development guidelines and standards by conducting quality assurance on the completed content development project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic design, E-learning Content developer, Content designer, or Information Design
